Market ResearchOften closely linked to consultancy work, but also informing our creative development process, we conduct market research on behalf of our clients. We carry out both quantitative and qualitative research, which may take the form of desk research, staff interviews, focus groups or satisfaction surveys.

Sometimes we will supplement this work with specialist outside help, the benefit to our clients being that they get the best information, with the research all being managed by ourselves.
